摘　　要：近年来国内汽车市场竞争激烈,如何降低制造成本成为所有整车厂的首要任务。对于树脂涂装工艺,提高涂料使用率成为最重要的一环,不仅可以降低涂料的使用成本,还能满足环保相关的排放要求。静电涂装具有喷涂效率高、涂层均匀、污染少等特点,逐渐成为在生产中应用最为普遍的降成本手段。In recent years,with the fierce competition in the domestic automobile market,how to reduce the manufacturing cost has become the primary task of all automobile manufacturers.For resin coating process,it is the most important step to improve the utilization rate of coating.It can not only reduce the use cost of coating,but also meet the emission requirements related to environmental protection.Electrostatic coating has the characteristics of high spraying efficiency,uniform coating and less pollution,and has gradually become the most common means of cost reduction in production.
