摘　　要：环状RNA(circRNA)是一种在真核生物中广泛存在的闭合环状非编码RNA,其生成机制、生物学功能的研究进展显示环状RNA可能在包括肿瘤、神经系统疾病、心血管疾病的发生发展过程中扮演重要角色,具有作为疾病标志物的潜能。口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)是口腔外科最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,具有难治疗、易转移、预后差等的特点,由于其发生机制尚不明确,从基因层面阻断OSCC尚不能实现。而环状RNA在OSCC领域的研究进展将为OSCC的生物治疗带来新的思路。本文归纳综述了环状RNA的成环机制、生物学功能及在肿瘤尤其是OSCC发展中的研究进展。Circular RNA,a non-coding RNA that forms a covalently closed continuous loop,exists widely in eukaryotic cells.The biogenesis and biological function of this type of RNA indicate that it can play a crucial role in diseases such as tumors,neural system diseases,and cardiovascular diseases;moreover,this RNA may have great potential use as a biomarker in these diseases.Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is a common malignancy in oral surgery that is difficult to cure,metastasizes easily,and has poor prognosis.In this review,we summarize the loop-forming mechanisms and functions of circular RNA and describe the progress of current research in the development of oral cancer.
