摘 要:介绍了我国5座典型大型铜冶炼烟气制酸装置的能耗情况,并进行比较分析。5座典型大型冶炼烟气制酸装置的单位产品综合能耗和吨酸电耗均低于GB 29141—2012《工业硫酸单位产品能源消耗限额》中准入值;设置了低温位热回收装置的部分铜冶炼烟气制酸企业单位产品综合能耗远低于GB 29141—2012《工业硫酸单位产品能源消耗限额》中先进值;采用高浓度制酸工艺的硫酸装置能耗指标低于采用常规浓度制酸的硫酸装置能耗指标。低温位热回收技术及高浓度烟气转化技术的使用可有效降低烟气制酸装置的能耗,是硫酸装置节能降耗的核心要素。This paper compares the energy consumption of five typical large-scale copper smelting acid plants in China.The comprehensive energy consumption per unit product and electricity consumption per ton of acid in five typical large-scale smelter gas acid plants are lower than the admittance value in the GB 29141-2012 the norm of energy consumption per unit product of sulphuric acid for industrial use;some plants have set up low-temperature heat recovery systems,which is the fundamental reason why the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of this copper smelting flue gas acid production enterprises is far lower than the advanced value of GB 29141-2012 the norm of energy consumption per unit product of sulphuric acid for industrial use;this is worth promoting.The energy consumption indexs of the device using the high concentration process are also lower than that of the conventional concentration device.Using the low-temperature potential heat recovery technology and high-concentration flue gas conversion technology will effectively reduce the energy consumption of the flue gas acid plant,which is the core factor of energy saving and consumption reduction in the sulphuric acid plant.
