摘　　要：介绍了浙江巨化股份有限公司硫酸厂离子液脱硫装置的工艺流程及运行情况。针对出现的问题,技术人员采取优化脱硫工艺流程和工艺指标、增加冷冻脱盐装置等措施。改造后,脱硫装置运行平稳,排放气体ρ(SO2)<300 mg/m3,离子液耗量为10 t/a,达到了设计要求。The process flow and operation of the ionic liquid desulphurization unit in the sulphuric acid plant of Zhejiang Juhua Co., Ltd. are introduced. In response to the problems, the technicians took measures such as optimizing the desulphurization process flow and process indicators, and adding frozen desalination devices. After the transformation, the desulphurization device operated smoothly, the exhaust gas ρ(SO2) was less than 300 mg/m3, and the consumption of ionic liquid was 10 t/a, which met the design requirements.
