摘　　要：介绍了云锡文山锌铟冶炼有限公司有机胺脱硫联产液体SO2装置的工艺流程、主要设备及运行情况。该制酸脱硫装置采用一转一吸制酸工艺配套Cansolv有机胺脱硫工艺。脱硫产出的φ(SO2)约93%解吸气送往冶炼系统还原浸出工序使用。脱硫后烟囱排放气体中ρ(SO2)在140 mg/m^3以下,其他污染物排放指标满足GB 25466—2010《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》。Process flow,main equipment and operation of organic amine desulphurization co-production liquid SO2 device are described.The acid-making desulphurization device adopts one-turn-one-acid-making technology to match the Cansolv organic amine desulphurization process.Approximately 93%of the desulphurizedφ(SO2)desorption gas is sent to the smelting system for reduction and leaching process.After desulphurization,theρ(SO2)in the exhaust gas of the chimney is below 140 mg/m^3.Other pollutant discharge indicators meet GB 25466-2010 Lead and zinc industry pollutant discharge standards.
