摘　　要：介绍了一种镁法脱硫工艺中脱硫后液的综合利用技术。技术人员利用制酸系统净化工序的废酸与脱硫后液进行中和反应,降低了废酸的酸度,脱出的SO2气体经折流板除雾器除雾后返回制酸系统。该技术实现了脱硫后液的循环利用,减少了废水处理系统的运行负荷及处理成本,提高了硫资源利用率。Comprehensive utilization technology of liquid after desulphurization in magnesium desulphurization process is described.The technicians use the waste acid in the purification process of the acid production system to neutralize the desulphurized liquid to reduce the acidity of the waste acid.The removed SO2 gas is returned to the acid production system after being demisted by the baffle demister.The technology realizes the recycling of the liquid after desulphurization,reducing the operating load and treatment cost of the wastewater treatment system and improving the utilization rate of sulphur resources.
