摘  要:在氮化硅粉料中引入Al2O3、Y2O3和TiC,采用振荡压力烧结技术制备氮化硅陶瓷材料。研究了不同温度(1700、1725、1750、1775℃)氮化硅的微观形貌、晶粒尺寸的变化及其对氮化硅力学性能的影响。探讨了第二相TiC的加入对粉体致密化及界面结合性能的影响。结果表明:在振荡压力烧结工艺下氮化硅陶瓷在1725℃时即可达到完全致密化并获得高的抗弯强度与硬度,其抗弯强度、Vickers硬度值分别为(1421±59)MPa和(16.1±0.3)GPa。试样晶粒的长径比同样是随着温度的升高先增大后降低,其中,晶粒长径比最大的是1725℃烧结的试样,当温度继续升高至1775℃时,晶粒的长径比下降明显,晶粒粗化。氮化硅的抗弯强度与硬度在温度高于1725℃时开始也随着长径比下降而减小。Si3N4 ceramics were prepared by an oscillating pressure sintering technique when Al2O3,Y2O3 and TiC additives were introduced into Si3N4 powders.The microstructure,grain size and mechanical properties of silicon nitride ceramics at different temperatures(i.e.,1700,1725,1750 and 1775℃)were analyzed.The effect of TiC additive on the particle densification and interface bonding of the ceramics were discussed.The results show that Si3N4 ceramics can be fully densified at 1725℃in the oscillating pressure sintering process,thus obtaining a high bending strength of(1421±59)MPa and the Vickers hardness of(16.1±0.3)GPa,respectively.The aspect ratio of the sample also firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of temperature,and the maximum grain aspect ratio reaches at 1725℃.The aspect ratio decreases and the grains become coarser when the temperature further increases to 1775℃.The flexural strength and the Vickers hardness of silicon nitride decrease with the decrease of length-diameter ratio when the temperature higher than 1725℃.
