摘  要:以甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为基体、硅灰石为成瓷填料、低熔点玻璃粉为助熔剂、气相法白炭黑为补强剂,制备了陶瓷化硅橡胶,并在1 000℃烧结成瓷,研究了玻璃粉含量对成瓷前硅橡胶的电学性能和力学性能的影响,通过热重分析研究了硅橡胶的分解过程,测量了成瓷后陶瓷体的弯曲强度,观察了陶瓷体断面的显微形貌,并通过X射线衍射分析了材料成瓷后的晶相变化。结果表明:玻璃粉会轻微降低硅橡胶的电学性能和力学性能,并显著降低硅橡胶的分解温度,同时提高陶瓷体的弯曲强度。陶瓷断面的显微形貌显示,随着玻璃粉含量的增加,陶瓷体的致密度不断上升。硅灰石在成瓷后完全消失,并与玻璃粉反应生成了新的晶体。当玻璃粉含量为12 g时,陶瓷体的弯曲强度为61.1 MPa。Ceramizable silicone rubber was prepared via sintering at 1000℃with MVQ as a matrix,wollastonite as a ceramic filler,glass powder as a flux and fumed silica as a reinforcing agent.The effect of glass powder content on the electrical and mechanical properties of ceramizable silicone rubber was investigated,and the samples were characterized X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis and bending strength measurement.The results show that glass powder can weaken the electrical and mechanical properties of silicone rubber slightly,reduce the decomposition temperature of silicone rubber,and improve the bending strength of the ceramics.The analysis of the ceramics microstructure indicates that the density of the ceramics increases with increasing the glass powder content.Based on the results by X-ray diffraction,wollastonite disappears after ceramization,which reacts with glass powder to form a new crystal.The bending strength is 61.1 MPa when the glass powder content is 12 g.
