摘 要:以莫来石、堇青石、α-Al2O3、滑石和高岭土为原料制备莫来石–堇青石质匣钵,研究了匣钵的常温力学性能、抗热震性能以及LiCoO2合成过程对匣钵的侵蚀机理。结果表明:1350℃烧成匣钵试样的常温力学性能和抗热震性均较好,抗折强度为11.18 MPa,热震循环3次后的残余强度保持率为44.8%。碳酸锂分解产生的Li2O与试样反应生成LiAlSiO4、Li4SiO4和LiAlO2。随着反应进行,Li2O沿气孔向试样内部扩散,反应后的渗透层结构更为致密,可阻碍Li2O进一步侵蚀试样,匣钵因而具有较强抗侵蚀性。A mullite-cordierite saggar was prepared with mullite,cordierite,α-Al2O3,talc and Kaolin clay,and the room-temperature mechanical properties,thermal shock resistance and erosion mechanism of saggar in sintering process of LiCoO2 were investigated.The results show that the better mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance of the saggar can be obtained when sintering at 1350℃.The bending strength of sample is 11.18 MPa and its residual strength retention rate after three cycles of thermal shock is 44.8%.In the process of sintering LiCoO2,a mullite-cordierite saggar is attacked by Li2O,producing LiAlSiO4,Li4SiO4 and LiAlO2.Li2O diffuses into the sagger along the pores,and the structure of the permeation layer is denser after the reaction,which can hinder Li2O from further attacking the sagger,thus giving a good erosion resistance of mullite-cordierite sagger.
