摘　　要：目的了解近期我国男性大学生性行为和性向自我认知情况,为开展有针对性的行为干预措施提供参考。方法选择7所高校男性本科大学生,通过问卷了解其性行为特征、自我性向认知和判断等,使用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。结果共调查3125人,承认曾经有过性行为的49.2%(1539人),承认异性性向、同性性向、双性性向、不确定性向分别为87.4%、4.1%、5.8%、2.7%。承认异性性向的有2.4%(66/2732)与男性发生过性行为,承认为同性性向的有31.0%(40/129)与女性发生过性行为。其中西南地区某大学性行为比例最高为61.4%,首都某大学同性性行为学生比例最高为7.3%,大三学生性行为的比例、承认有过同性性行为的比例分别为60.5%、9.6%。结论近年我国男性大学生有过性行为的比例较高,部分学生性行为和性向存在不一致情况,不同地区、年级男性大学性行为和性向情况不同,应针对性开展大学生安全性行为教育。Objective To understand the sexual behavior and self-cognition of sexual orientation among male college students in China.Methods The male undergraduates in seven Chinese universities were selected,and their information on sexual behavior characteristics,and sexual orientation were investigated and analyzed by Spss19.0.Results 49.2%(1539/3125)reported that they had sexual behavior,and 87.4%,4.1%,5.8%and 2.7%were reported having heterosexual orientation,homosexual orientation,bisexual orientation and uncertain orientation respectively.2.4%(66/2732)with heterosexual orientation had sex with men,and 31.0%(40/129),with homosexual orientation had sex with women.The male students in a university of the Southwest China had the highest proportion of sexual behavior accounting for 61.4%;those in a university of Beijing had the highest proportion of homosexual behavior(7.3%);and the third-year college students had 60.5%and 9.6%respectively of sexual behavior and homosexual behavior.Conclusion The proportion of male college students who have had sexual behavior is relatively high in recent years.And some of them have the sexual behavior inconsistent with the sexual orientation.Sexual behavior and orientation of male college students in different regions and grades are different.The education of safe sexual behavior for college students is necessary.
