摘 要:对某催化裂化余热锅炉低温省煤器腐蚀泄漏情况进行详细分析,结果表明低温省煤器炉管弯头泄漏失效的主要原因是烟气侧的硫酸露点腐蚀,垢下腐蚀起到辅助作用;腐蚀尚未对钢材的金相组织造成损伤,钢材的结构产生破坏。建议通过炉墙上挡板开孔避免形成烟气死区、提高进水温度等减少余热锅炉低温省煤器腐蚀泄漏的发生。The corrosion leakage of low-temperature economizer of a catalytic cracking waste heat boiler was analyzed in detail.The results showed that the main reason for the leakage failure was the sulfuric acid dew point corrosion on the flue gas side.The corrosion under the scale played an auxiliary role.The corrosion hadn′t qualitatively affect the metallographic structure of the steel material.It was suggested to reduce the corrosion leakage by properly opening the baffle on the furnace wall to avoid the formation of flue gas dead zone and increasing the inlet water temperature.
