摘 要:在化工装置中,有大量手阀是很少需要操作的。这导致操作人员对这类手阀的设置作用和设置意图不够熟悉,从而导致误操作概率大幅提高,带来较大安全风险。为评估化工装置手阀被误操作的可能性,系统分析了影响手阀被误操作的各类因素,并对各因素在不同条件下的影响程度进行了基础赋值。基于层次分析法提出对各影响因素的影响权重进行评估的方法。提出由各影响因素的基础赋值和影响权重取得手阀误操作概率分值的方法,进而得到手阀被误操作的可能性等级。在某加氢裂化装置的应用表明,该方法具有良好的评估效果。In chemical plants,there were a large number of hand valves which were rarely required for operation.As a result,the operators were not familiar with the setting function and intention which leaded to a significant increase in the probability of fault operation and the safety risk.In order to evaluate the possibility of fault operation,various factors influencing the fault operation of hand valve were analyzed systematically and the influence degree of each factor under different conditions was evaluated.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a method to evaluate the influence weight of each influencing factor was proposed.Finally,the probability score of the fault operation was obtained from the basic assignment and influence weight of various factors,and then the possibility level of the manual valve fault operation was estimated.An application example in a hydrocracking unit showed that the method had good evaluation effect.
