摘　　要：为解决效能评估可用性-可信性-能力模型中能力指标体系客观权重配置这类多属性决策问题,提出基于灰色绝对接近度的熵权配置模型。该模型在深入研究能力指标体系结构的基础上,为精确度量能力指标体系的底层性能指标序列差异性,首次提出灰色绝对接近度,以准确表征行为序列之间的接近程度。在此基础上,依据极大熵准则建立能力指标体系熵权配置模型,给出能力指标体系客观权重配置方案,解决了目前效能评估能力指标体系权重配置不准确、不合理等问题,为有效评估装备系统效能奠定了理论技术基础。最后,案例分析表明能力指标体系客观权重配置方案准确地反映了实际情况中指标的重要性差异,验证了本文模型合理性与可行性。The entropy weight allocation model based on grey absolute proximity was proposed to solve the multi-attribute decision-making problem of objective weight allocation of capability index system in the Availability-Dependability-Capability(ADC)model.Based on the in-depth study of the capability index architecture,the model proposed the grey absolute proximity for the first time to accurately measure the difference of the underlying performance index sequence of the capability index system,so as to accurately represent the degree of proximity between the behavior sequences.On this basis,according to the maximum entropy criterion,the entropy weight allocation model of the capability index system was established,and the objective weight allocation scheme of the capability index system was established.The imprecision and irrationality of the weight allocation of the current capability index for efficiency evaluation were solved,laying a theoretical and technical foundation for effectiveness evaluation of equipment system.Finally,the case study shows that the objective weight allocation scheme of the capability index system accurately reflects the difference in the importance of indicators in the actual situation,and verifies the rationality and feasibility of the model.
