摘 要:为了满足5G通信系统和保密通信的发展要求,设计了一款工作于U波段的C型机电波导开关。通过加载正交扼流槽的方法,对U波段波导开关进行了设计及优化。通过对U波段波导开关电压驻波比、插入损耗、隔离度的设计,和对功率传输容量的分析,并运用HFSS软件对波导开关扼流槽的仿真分析,实现了U波段波导开关低电压驻波比、小插入损耗和高隔离的指标要求,满足了实际使用功率大于500W的条件。通过制造出U波段波导开关实物并进行测试,验证了本文设计方法及设计结果准确,结果表明,在U波段的频率范围内,波导开关的电压驻波比小于1.08,插入损耗小于0.3dB,隔离度大于80dB,低气压峰值功率容量大于3kW,完全满足设计要求。本文研究结果对设计其他频段波导开关具有一定的参考意义,填补了国内U波段波导开关的研究空白,为5G通信和保密通信提供了可靠的波导信号转换方案。In order to meet the development requirements of 5 G communication system and secure communication,a c-type electromechanical controlled waveguide switch operating at U band is designed.The U-band waveguide switch is designed and optimized by loading orthogonal choke.The requirements of the U-band waveguide switch,low voltage standing wave ratio,small insertion loss,high isolation index,and the actual power which is greater than 500 W,are realized by designing the voltage standing wave radio,insertion loss,isolation degree,and the analysis of power transmission capacity,of the U-band waveguide switch,and using the HFSS simulation software to simulate the choke grooves of the waveguide switch.The design method and the design result are verified by making and testing the U-band waveguide switch.The results show that in the frequency range of U-band,the voltage standing wave ratio of the waveguide switch is less than 1.08,the insertion loss is less than 0.3 dB,the isolation degree is more than 80 dB,and the low pressure peak power capacity is greater than 3 kW,which fully meets the design requirements.The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for the design of other frequency band waveguide switches,which fills the research gap of domestic U-band waveguide switches,and this work provides a reliable waveguide signal conversion scheme for the 5 G communication and secure communication.
