摘 要:本文以镍基高温合金GH625为研究对象,研究了热处理制度对不同冷加工变形量的GH625合金带材组织和硬度的影响。研究表明,随着冷加工变形量的增加,GH625合金带材硬度增加。变形量小于10%,合金晶粒的变形不明显,热处理过程中的变化也不大,仍保持原始坯料的结晶组织。随变形量增大,晶粒变形加剧,在热处理过程中,随温度升高,首先在晶界处形成细小的等轴晶,而后等轴晶区逐渐吞噬变形晶粒,同时等轴晶本身也不断长大,最后完成再结晶。随变形量的增加GH625合金的再结晶温度向低温移动。In this paper,nickel-based superalloy GH625 is used as the research object,and the effect of heat treatment system on the amount of different cold working deformations on the structure and hardness of GH625 alloy sheet is studied.Studies have shown that as the amount of cold working deformation increases,the hardness of GH625 alloy strip increases.The deformation amount is less than 10%,the deformation o f the alloy grains is not obvious,and the change during the heat treatment is not large,and the crystalline structure of the original billet is still maintained.As the amount of deformation increases,the grain deformation intensifies.During the heat treatment process,as the temperature increases,small equiaxed grains are first formed at the grain boundaries,and then the equiaxed grain regions gradually swallow the deformed grains.Growing up and finally recrystallizing.As the amount of deformation increases,the recrystallization temperature of the GH625 alloy moves to a lower temperature.
