摘  要:目的建立一种简单便捷、速度较快、结果可靠及试验成本较低,方便判断七厘散中红花的投料是否足量的方法。确立七厘散中红花的显微定量方法,对中成药七厘散中的红花进行含量测定。方法采取均匀设计的方法,以被测物中药红花本身来取代参比物,用容量分析的方法和显微定量法联合来测定七厘散中红花的含量。结果红花的含量符合七厘散在《中国药典》中的规定标准。结论本方法能够简便、迅速地判断七厘散中是否含有红花且含量是否充足,可为七厘散的质量评价开辟新的研究思路,更为含有红花的中成药显微定量提供参考依据。Objective To establish a simple,convenient,fast,reliable and low-cost method for determining whether the safflower in Qili Powder is sufficient.The microscopic quantitative method of safflower in Qili Powder was established.Methods The content of safflower in Qili Powder was determined by means of volumetric analysis and micro-quantitative method.Results The content of safflower met the standard of Qili Powder in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion This method can be used to determine whether there was safflower in Qili Powder and whether the content was sufficient.It can provide a new research idea for quality evaluation of Qili Powder and a reference for the microscopic quantification of Chinese patent drugs containing safflower.
