摘　　要：介绍了马钢2座7.63 m焦炉单孔装煤现状,通过对小炉门砖槽改造、焦侧炉门衬砖改造以及优化装平煤程序等措施,单孔净装煤量由62.56 t提高至65.22 t,同时装煤过程炉顶冒烟现象明显减少,现场操作环境改善。Introduction is made to the current situation of coal charge per oven for 2×7.63 m coke oven battery in this paper.As a result,the coal charge per oven can be increased from 62.56 t to65.22 t,and charging emission can be dramatically reduced to a better ambient environment by taking the following measures,such as a modification on the brick retainer of leveling door,a modification on door plugs on coke side oven door and an optimized charging and leveling operation as well.
