摘　　要：捣固焦炉装煤垮饼是影响焦炉生产的重大因素,装煤垮饼将干扰焦炉的正常加热、增大焦油的黏度、加快石墨的生长、损坏炉体严密性、减少焦炉使用寿命。通过分析与实践,从稳定配合水分、细度及优化配合煤结构等方面,找到降低捣固焦炉装煤垮饼率的防治措施。The collapse of coal cake into stamp-charge coke oven is a major factor hindering coke plant production,which would cause abnormal coke oven heating,higher viscosity of coal tar,faster growing graphite,and reduction of refractory tightness and even shorter service life of the coke oven battery.Through analysis and practice,preventive measures were found to minimize the collapse possibility of coal cake into the stamp-charge coke oven in terms of coal blend moisture,grain size and optimized coal blend composition,etc..
