摘  要:为了研制推靠式旋转导向工具,研发了一套推靠控制系统。该系统由单总线电路、非接触单元、测量单元、液压单元和主控电路五部分组成,能通过单总线接收电能并与井下中控双向通信,基于电磁感应原理实现旋转部分与非旋转部分之间的非接触电能传输与信号传输,按照地面系统下传的指令利用力矢量分解原理计算三个翼肋油缸液压力大小,使用压力传感器测量翼肋油缸中的实际液压力并对液压力进行闭环控制。对研制的推靠控制系统进行了初步实验,验证了该系统的电能信号传输功能、推靠控制功能、耐高温及抗振性能等。研制的推靠控制系统达到设计目的,满足进一步实验的需求。To develop a tool for push-the-bit rotary steerable system(RSS), a pushing control system(PCS) was developed. The PCS consisted of a 1-wire bus circuit, a contactless transmission unit, a measuring unit, a hydraulic unit, and a main-control circuit. With the 1-wire bus circuit, it could receive electric energy and communicate with the downhole central control system bidirectionally. Based on electromagnetic induction principle, contactless power transmission and signal transmission between rotating part and non-rotating part were achieved. According to the instructions from the ground system in the force vector decomposition principle, hydraulic pressures in three rib cylinders were calculated. Pressure sensors were used to measure the actual hydraulic pressures in the three rib cylinders and the hydraulic pressures were closed-loop controlled. Preliminary experiments of pushing control system were carried out, the functions of power and signal transmissions, the function of pushing control, the performances of high temperature resistance, and vibration resistance of this system were verified. This pushing control system achieved the design aim and met the requirements of further experiments.
