摘  要:超声接触式脉冲反射法是碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料层板结构原位检测的主要方法。从超声检测系统的选择、对比试块设计要求和损伤检测与评定等方面,结合飞机复合材料层压板结构形式、损伤特性及外场检测环境,开展原位超声反射法检测技术研究,建立了典型损伤的超声信号特征图谱,为强度试验和外场飞机复合材料层板结构的超声检测提供技术支持。A contact pulse reflection is the main method for in-situ ultrasonic of carbon fiber reinforced composite laminates at present. In the contexts of the ultrasonic inspection system selection, the reference standard design requirement and the typical damage detection and evaluation were reviewed, and the ultrasonic testing technology in-situ was performed considering the features of laminates, damage characteristics, and the field testing environment. Ultrasonic signal feature maps of the damage were established.The results provide technical support for the ultrasonic inspection of the aircraft composite laminates in strength test and in service.
