半导体激光二极管为基础的目标模拟器研究

摘  要:镭射攻击对象仿真装置是镭射高能量激光引导型武器装备开发、制造和部分实体模拟验证时的主要试验装备之一,该装备能够模拟仿真伴随气候因素、攻击对象波形反馈特点和移动位置变动而随之反应的镭射高能量激光脉冲数据信息,为镭射能量引导型武器装备供应和真实作战条件比较相似的镭射攻击对象波形反馈数据信息,方便考查镭射制导探头的追踪能力。文章选取了1065nm半导体镭射二极管为基础的镭射攻击对象仿真装置规划解决方法,模仿真实战场上收到的镭射攻击对象的反馈波形,可能符合多类型镭射半自动制导探头开发要求。The laser target simulation device is one of the main test equipment for the development, manufacture and simulation verification of laser high energy laser-guided weapon equipment. The equipment can simulate the laser high energy laser pulse data information which is accompanied by climatic factors, the waveform feedback characteristics of the target and the change of moving position. It is convenient to check the tracking capability of the laser guidance probe by feedback the data for the laser target whose supply of laser energy-guided weapons and equipment is similar to the real combat conditions. In this paper, the planning solution of laser target simulation device based on 1065 nm semiconductor laser diode is selected to imitate the feedback waveform of laser target received in the real battlefield, which may meet the development requirements of multi-type laser semi-automatic guidance probe.
