摘　　要：海洋档案数字资源建设是海洋档案工作中适应信息化应用需求,提高档案利用服务效率和保障传统纸质档案长久保存的重要措施。在阐述海洋档案数字资源体系基本概念和建设过程的基础上,分析了其技术框架,总结出存在标准规范尚未形成体系化,资源总量难言丰富,结构还需优化,海洋档案数字资源信息安全工作复杂和开发利用难度大等问题,据此提出建议措施。The marine archives digital resources system is an important measure to meet the needs of informatization applications,to improve the efficiency of archives utilization services and to ensure the long-term preservation of traditional paper archives.This paper analyzes the technical framework of the marine archives digital resource system on the basis of review its definition and establishment procedure.It concludes that the development and utilization of the system is difficult as the standards and norms has not yet been systematized,the total resources are not rich,the structure needs to be optimized,and the security of the marine archives digital resource information is complicated,etc.Suggestions are then proposed accordingly.
