股骨LISS钢板外置二期治疗胫骨开放性骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究股骨LISS钢板外置二期治疗胫骨开放性骨折的效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年10月收治的21例胫骨开放性骨折并皮肤软组织缺损患者,所有患者均一期行外固定架固定,二期行股骨LISS钢板外固定。观察骨折愈合时间、手术并发症发生情况、踝膝关节功能和患者满意度。结果所有患者均骨性愈合,平均愈合时间(11.49±3.79)个月。2例患者出现浅表钉道感染,并发症总发生率为9.52%。末次随访时,患者踝关节功能优良率为95.24%(20/21)。患肢膝关节活动度为(118.36°±19.56°),膝关节功能优良率为90.48%(19/21)。患者的治疗满意度为100.00%。结论二期治疗中选取股骨LISS钢板外置对软组织条件不良的胫骨开放性骨折患者具有较好的疗效。Objective To study the effect of external second-stage treatment of femoral LISS plate on open tibia fractures.Methods Twenty-one patients with open tibia fractures and skin and soft tissue defects from January 2017 to October 2019 admitted in our hospital were selected.All patients underwent external fixation at the first stage and external fixation with femoral LISS plate in the second stage.The fracture healing time,surgical complications,ankle and knee joint function,and patient’satisfaction were observed.Results All patients were bony union,the average healing time was(11.49±3.79)months.Two patients developed superficial nail tract infections,and the total incidence of complications was9.52%.At the last follow-up,the excellent and good rate of ankle joint function was 95.24%(20/21).The knee joint mobility of the affected limb was(118.36°±19.56°),and the excellent and good rate of knee joint function was 90.48%(19/21).The treatment satisfaction of patients was 100.00%.Conclusion Selection of external fixation of femoral LISS plate in the second stage treatment has a good effect for patients with open tibial fractures with poor soft tissue conditions.
