沙格列汀联合阿卡波糖治疗老年2型糖尿病初诊患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨沙格列汀联合阿卡波糖治疗老年2型糖尿病初诊患者的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月门诊收治的56例老年2型糖尿病初诊患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各28例。对照组予以阿卡波糖治疗,观察组采用沙格列汀联合阿卡波糖治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组血糖水平标准差、日平均血糖波动幅度、日间血糖平均绝对差均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FINS、HOMA-β均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙格列汀联合阿卡波糖治疗老年2型糖尿病初诊患者的效果确切,有助于减小血糖波动,改善胰岛功能。Objective To explore the effect of saxagliptin combined with acarbose in the treatment of elderly patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 56 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes admitted in outpatient service from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acarbose,and the observation group was treated with saxagliptin combined with acarbose.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the standard deviation of blood glucose level,the daily average blood glucose fluctuation range,the average absolute deviation of daily blood glucose of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FINS and HOMA-βin the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Saxagliptin combined with acarbose in the treatment of elderly patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes has a definite effect,which can help to reduce blood glucose fluctuations and improve islet function.
