通心络胶囊联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的效果

摘　　要：目的观察通心络胶囊联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月至2018年9月在蒲城县医院治疗的急性脑梗死患者116例,按照随机数字法将其分为对照组(n=58)与观察组(n=58)。对照组单用丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上服用通心络胶囊。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均降低,Barthel评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组S-100B、NSE、IL-6水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组双侧大脑中动脉Vs、Vd、Vm均增大,PI降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论通心络胶囊联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死效果显著,能改善患者神经功能、日常生活能力及脑血流动力学指标。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 116 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in the hospital of Pucheng county from March 2016 to September 2018 were selected and divided into control group(n=58)and observation group(n=58)according to the random number method.The control group was only treated with butylphthalide soft capsule,and the observation group was given Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS scores of the two groups decreased,Barthel scores increased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of S-100 B,NSE and IL-6 in the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Vs,Vd,Vm of bilateral middle cerebral arteries in the two groups increased,PI decreased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with butylphthalide has a significant effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can improve the neurological function,activities of daily living and cerebral hemodynamic indexes.
