摘　　要：目的评价临床药师干预质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)合理使用的效果。方法以临床药师为主体利用我院的HIS系统,收集2018年1月至6月(干预前共2850例)和2018年7月至12月(持续干预中共2980例)所有住院使用PPIs患者的病历,随机抽取干预前和持续干预中病历各180份。比较干预前和持续干预中PPIs不良反应发生情况及不合理使用情况。结果干预前和持续干预中不良反应总发生率相等。持续干预中PPIs的不合理用药(包括无适应证用药、给药途径不适宜、遴选药物不适宜、疗程过长、联合用药不适宜、用药重复)患者占比明显低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论通过临床药师一系列干预措施,PPIs使用合理率显著提高。Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical pharmacists intervening on rational use of proton pump inhibitors(PPIs).Methods With clinical pharmacists as the main body,the medical records of all inpatients used PPIs from January to June 2018(a total of 2850 cases before intervention)and July to December 2018(a total of 2980 cases during continuous intervention)were collected by using the HIS system of our hospital,180 medical records before and during continuous intervention were randomly selected respectively.The adverse reactions and irrational use of PPIs were compared before and during continuous intervention.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions was equal before and during continuous intervention.The patients proportion of irrational use of PPIs(including medication without indication,inappropriate administration route,inappropriate drugs selection,long course of treatment,inappropriate combination of drugs,repeated use of drugs)during continuous intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Through a series of intervention measures by clinical pharmacists,the rational use rate of PPIs was significantly increased.
