摘 要:在芋(Colocasia esculenta)的生产中,由芋疫霉(Phytophthora colocasiae)引起的芋疫病(taro leaf blight)具有严重的毁灭性。本文综述了芋疫病的研究进展,重点论述了芋疫霉的生物学特征及其致病机理,化学药剂、植物精油、转基因抗性等芋疫病防治方法,芋疫病抗、感品种的生理生化与基因表达差异,以及芋疫霉分泌的激发子诱导的系统获得抗性,以期对芋疫病未来的研究与防控提供依据。The leaf blight of taro(Co locasia esculenta),caused by Phytophthora colocasiae,is a severely destructive disease in taro production.This review outlined the research progress on taro leaf blight,including the biological characteristics and the pathogenic mechanism of P.colocasiae,the control methods of taro leaf blight such as chemical agents,plant essential oils and transgenic resistance,the physiological,biochemical and gene expression differences between resistant and susceptible cultivars of taro,the induction of systemic acquired resistance in taro by the elicitor secreted by P.colocasiae.This review can provide a reference for further research and control of taro leaf blight.
