摘　　要：目的分析不同临床分型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者首次血常规检查结果。方法回顾性分析确诊的54例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的实验室检查资料,并根据患者最终临床分型分为普通型组30例,重型组20例,危重型组4例。比较三组患者首次血常规检查结果。结果三组患者年龄、平均血小板体积、淋巴细胞计数和中性粒细胞百分比比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。危重型组和重型组患者年龄均大于普通型组(P<0.05)。危重型组患者平均血小板体积和中性粒细胞百分比高于普通型组和重型组(P<0.05),而淋巴细胞计数低于普通型组(P<0.05)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎患者血常规的部分指标随着疾病进展有较明显的变化,可为临床诊断和治疗提供参考。Objective To analyze the first blood routine examination of the patients with different classifications of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods The laboratory examination data of 54 patients with COVID-19 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into three groups of A(common type,30 cases),B(severe type,20 cases) and C(critical type,4 cases).The first blood routine examination results of three groups were compared.ResultsThe age,mean platelet volume,lymphocyte count and percentage of neutrophils were statistically different among the three groups(P<0.05).The age was older in groups of B and C than that in group A(P<0.05).The average platelet volume and neutrophil percentage were higher,but the lymphocyte count was lower,in group C than those in groups of A and B(P<0.05).ConclusionSome indexes of blood routine examination in COVID-19 patients are changed obviously with the progress of the disease,which can provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
