摘 要:本试验旨在比较全收粪法与不同内源指示剂法测定山羊饲粮养分消化率差异,并建立消化能(DE)的估测模型。选用生长状况良好的杂交波尔山羊72只,体重约35 kg,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复6只羊。使用3种内源指示剂[盐酸不溶灰分+酸性洗涤木质素(ADL+AIA)、酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)、盐酸不溶灰分(AIA)]法和全收粪法,分别对4种不同的颗粒型全混合日粮(TMR)进行试验,用聚酯筛网袋法测定内源指示剂的回收率。结果表明:1)内源指示剂ADL+AIA、ADL和AIA的平均回收率分别为99.84%、100.33%和100.60%,均可作为理想的内源指示剂,其中ADL+AIA作为内源指示剂平均回收率为99.84%,变异系数(CV)最低(4.59%)。2)ADL+AIA、ADL和AIA法测定4种饲粮的各养分消化率和DE与全收粪法无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)采用饲粮中粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、中性洗涤可溶性碳水化合物(NDSC)、半纤维素(HCEL)和纤维素(CEL)含量建立的DE估测模型为:DE(MJ/kg)=0.0172CP+0.0346EE+0.0153NDSC+0.0108HCEL+0.0078CEL。由此可见,ADL+AIA、ADL和AIA均可作为理想的内源指示剂进行育肥羊饲粮中养分消化率和DE的测定,通过测定饲粮中CP、EE、NDSC、CEL和HCEL含量,可以较好地预测育肥羊的DE。This experiment was conducted is to compare the determination of nutrient digestibility by different endogenous indicator methods and total feces collection method for goats,and to build the forecasting model of digestible energy(DE).Seventy-two crossbred Boer goats with good growth status and body weight about 35 kg were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 6 goats per replicate.Three endogenous indicator[acid detergent lignin+hydrochloric acid insoluble ash(ADL+AIA),acid detergent lignin(ADL)and hydrochloric acid insoluble ash(AIA)]methods and total feces collection method were used to determine the recovery rate of endogenous indicators for four different granular total mixed ration(TMR)by polyester screen bag method.The results showed as follows:1)the average recovery rates of endogenous indicator s of ADL+AIA,ADL and AIA were 99.84%,100.33%and 100.60%,respectively,all of them could be used as ideal endogenous indicators,and the average recovery rate of ADL+AIA as an endogenous indicator was 99.84%,the coefficient of variation(CV)was the lowest(4.59%).2)The nutrient digestibily and DE of 4 diets measured by ADL+AIA,ADL and AIA methods had no significant difference compared with total feces collection method(P>0.05).3)The model of DE which established by using the contents of crude protein(CP),ether extract(EE),neutral detergent soluble carbohydrate(NDSC),hemicellulose(HCEL)and cellulose(CEL)in diets was:DE(MJ/kg)=0.0172 CP+0.0346 EE+0.0153 NDSC+0.0108 HCEL+0.0078 CEL.In conclusion,ADL+AIA,ADL and AIA can be used as ideal endogenous indicators to determine the nutrient digestibility and DE in diet for fattening goats.By measuring the contents of CP,EE,NDSC,HCEL and CEL in diets,and the DE of fattening goats can be better predicted.
