摘　　要：脊柱结核是结核病在骨关节系统的局部表现.单独使用抗痨药物经常会导致神经功能障碍和后凸畸形.手术是治疗脊柱结核的终极手段.病灶彻底清除与脊柱稳定性的重建是手术治疗脊柱结核的根本策略.目前,尚无统一标准的手术指南,对于手术入路的选择仍存在争议.本文将对胸腰椎脊柱结核的外科治疗情况进行综述,以期提高对脊柱结核疾病的认识.Spinal tuberculosis is a localized manifestation of tuberculosis in the osteoarticular system.Antituberculosis medication alone often results in neurological dysfunction and kyphosis.Surgery is the ultimate treatment for spinal tuberculosis.Thorough removal of lesions and reconstruction of spinal stability are fundamental strategies for surgical treatment of spinal tuberculosis.At present,there is no uniform standard surgical guideline,and the choice of surgical approach is still controversial.This article reviews the surgical treatment of thoracolumbar tuberculosis,in order to improve the understanding of the disease.
