摘 要:设计了滑套式和球阀式2种井下逆向注浆控制阀和1种井口密封装置,并在新疆某超深地浸矿床进行了试验。试验结果显示3种逆向注浆装置均能实现逆向注浆的技术目标。综合考虑施工可靠性和注浆效果,在切割式钻孔结构中推荐使用井口密封装置配合滑套式逆向注浆控制阀的工艺组合,该组合能充分实现套管密封,安全可靠;在下裸露式钻孔结构中推荐单独使用井口密封装置实现逆向注浆,该方法操作简单,对后续作业影响较小。逆向注浆工艺与地浸钻孔常用的环空正向注浆相比,能够有效避免混浆段的产生,同时提高注浆质量,尤其是在超深地浸钻孔中效果更为明显。逆向注浆工艺作为一种新的钻孔工艺技术在超深地浸钻孔中具有广泛的应用前景。Reverse grouting technology has been widely used in the petroleum industry.Compared with the conventional grouting technology that the cement slurry is injected through the annulus between well wall and casing pipe,the reverse grouting technology could improve the quality of well cementation because there is no mixture part of cement and gravel.Three kinds of reverse grouting equipment are designed,including one slide bushing type device,one ball valve type device and a kind of wellhead sealing device.All of these three devices have been tested in the drilling field in Xinjiang province,results show that all of these three devices could achieve the expected technical objective.Based on the reliability and efficiency of these reverse grouting device,the slide bushing type reverse grouting device and wellhead sealing device are recommended.Because of its technical advantages,the reverse grouting technology possesses the potential to be widely used in the ISL drilling field.
