摘 要:为解决地浸浸出液处理过程中,采用袋式过滤器进行过滤导致的树脂床板结及矿层堵塞问题,通过对过滤方式、过滤精度、滤材等研究,设计了适宜地浸采铀的全自动反清洗精细过滤装置。应用结果表明,全自动反清洗精细过滤装置过滤、反冲效果好,显示出良好的过滤除杂性能,可保障地层注液量长期稳定。In the process of in-situ leaching solution treatment,the bag filter is mainly used for filtration.Due to the small capacity of containing micro-particulate of pollutants and the high labor intensity of bag changing,the filtration accuracy can only be reduced,and the operation results lead to the resin bed hardened and ore bed blocked.Therefore,the application of fully automatic fine filtration has become the development direction of in-situ uranium mining in China.Through the study of filtration method,filtration precision and filtration material,a set of automatic back-washing fine filtration device suitable for in-situ uranium mining was designed.The application results show that the filter and back-washing effect of the automatic back-washing fine filter device is good,which shows a good filtering and impurity removal effect,and ensures the long-term stability of the injection solution.
