Analysis of Post Environmental Impact Assessment on Decommissioning Project ofUranium Exploration, Mining and Metallurgy Facilities

摘  要:针对中国南方某铀矿探采冶设施退役治理工程,开展环境影响后评估研究,验证退役治理效果。在系统总结该探采冶设施的工程组成及退役治理方案的基础上,明确了项目特点和退役治理后源项特征,开展了系统环境监测并进行污染排放和环境质量达标分析,对退役后大气、地下水环境影响进行定量评价,并开展生态恢复效果和长期稳定性分析。在上述工作基础上,综合评估探采冶设施退役治理效果,并提出后续监测计划。研究结果能够为铀地质矿冶相关勘探设施及选冶设施退役治理的环境影响后评估提供技术路线和经验反馈,为确保退役设施长期稳定提供技术支撑。In view of the decommissioning project of uranium exploration,mining and metallurgy facilities in south China,the post environmental impact assessment was carried out to verify the decommissioning effect.Based on the systematic summary of the composition and decommissioning treatment scheme of those facilities,characteristics of the project and the source term after decommissioning were cleared;systematic environmental monitoring and analysis of pollution discharge and environmental quality standards were carried out.Meanwhile,quantitative assessment of environmental impact of air and groundwater after decommissioning,analysis of ecological restoration effect and long-term stability were carried out.On the basis of above work,the results of decommissioning of exploration,mining and metallurgy facilities were comprehensively evaluated,and the follow-up monitoring plan was proposed.Which can provide technical route and experience feedback for post environmental impact assessment of related decommissioning facilities of uranium geology,mining and metallurgy,and provide technical support for verifying decommissioning effect and ensuring long-term stability of decommissioning facilities.
