摘　　要：生态环境部近期发布了《伴生放射性物料贮存及固体废物填埋辐射环境保护技术规范(试行)》(HJ 1114—2020),笔者从适用范围、基本原则与一般要求出发,按照选址、设计与建设、运行、关闭与监护等全过程管理的基本思路,对标准要求的技术指标体系进行了梳理,旨在为伴生放射性辐射环境监督管理和固体废物的填埋处理处置提供技术支持。Technical Specifications of Radiation Environmental Protection for Other Radioactive Material’s Storage and Solid Waste’s Landfill(Trial)(HJ 1114—2020)was issued recently by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.Based on the scope of application,basic principles and general requirements,the technical index system of standard requirements is sorted out according to the basic ideas of the whole process management,such as site selection,design and construction,operation,shutdown and monitoring.It provides technical support for environmental supervision and management of associated radioactive radiation and landfill treatment and disposal of solid waste.
