摘　　要：目的了解广西柳州市融安县6~12岁小学生身高发育及矮小症患病情况。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,抽取融安县12所小学共8729名6~12岁小学生,测量其身高并评估矮小症发生情况。结果融安县6~12岁男童身高的平均生长速率为5.1 cm/年,女童身高的平均生长速率为5.5 cm/年;9岁前男童的平均身高略高于女童,9岁起女童的平均身高高于男童。融安县6~12岁小学生身高水平总体上低于全国水平。共筛查出矮小症患儿700例,患病率为8.0%(700/8729),其中男童矮小症患病率为8.9%,高于女童为的7.1%(P<0.05)。结论融安县小学生的身高发育符合一般生长发育的规律,但身高发育总体上低于全国平均水平。融安县小学生矮小症患病率较高,且男童的患病率高于女童患病率。Objective To investigate height growth and prevalence of short stature among pupils aged 6 to 12 years in Rong′an County,Liuzhou City,Guangxi.Methods Using the random cluster sampling method,a total of 8729 pupils aged 6 to 12 years were selected from 12 primary schools in Rong′an County,their body heights were measured,and the prevalence of short stature was assessed.Results The average height growth rates of boys and girls aged 6 to 12 years in Rong′an County were 5.1 cm per year and 5.5 cm per year respectively.At the age of<9,boys were slightly taller than girls,at the age of 9,girls were taller than boys.In general,pupils aged 6 to 12 years in Rong′an County were lower than the national level of body height.Totally 700 children with short stature were screened out,with a prevalence rate of 8.0%(700/8729).Among them,the prevalence rate of short stature was 8.9%in boys,which was higher than 7.1%in girls(P<0.05).Conclusion In Rong′an County,primary school students have a height development accordant with the general rule of growth and development,but their height development level is generally lower than the national average level.Primary school students in Rong′an County exhibit a higher prevalence rate of short stature,and boys have a higher prevalence rate than girls.
