摘  要:研究了碳含量及热处理工艺对0Cr18Ni10Ti钢组织和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,合金元素碳可以有效抑制晶粒长大,有利于提高力学性能,同时降低钢中铁素体含量。固溶温度低于1080℃时,钢的晶粒尺寸较细小,强度较高;固溶温度超过1080℃,晶粒迅速长大,强度明显降低,塑韧性有所提高。综合考虑后认为,碳含量应控制在0.05%~0.07%,固溶温度为1050~1080℃。The effect of carbon content and heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 0Cr18Ni10Ti steel was studied.The results show that alloying element-carbon can effectively inhibit grain growth,improve mechanical properties and reduce ferrite content in steel.When the solution temperature is lower than 1080℃,the grain size is smaller and the strength is higher;while the solution temperature is higher than 1080℃,the grain size grows rapidly,the strength decreases obviously,and the plastic toughness increases.With the comprehensive consideration,the carbon content should be controlled between 0.05%~0.07%,and the solution temperature should be between 1050~1080℃.
