摘　　要：介绍了空调压缩机主壳体用热轧酸洗钢板的生产流程;采用金相和硬度检测手段分析了河钢邯钢生产的SS400焊管在锥头扩管和焊缝压扁试验中开裂的原因并提出了改进措施。认为,高碳成分体系下,焊缝混合组织中出现的魏氏组织+马氏体+贝氏体+块状碳化物,在提高焊管强度的同时恶化了其韧性,是导致焊管开裂的根本原因。通过优化成分设计,降低碳含量,焊缝开裂问题得到解决。This paper introduces the production process of hot-rolled pickling steel plate for the main shell of air-conditioning compressor;analyzes the cracking causes of SS400 welded pipe produced by HBIS Hansteel during the cone head expansion and weld flattening test,and puts forward improvement measures.In high carbon content system,Widmanstatten+Martensite+Bainite+massive carbides appear in the mixed microstructure of welded pipe,which not only improves the strength of welded pipe,but also deteriorates its toughness,which is the root cause of welded pipe cracking.By optimizing the composition design and reducing the carbon content,the problem of weld cracking is solved.
