摘  要:利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜以及能谱分析手段,通过显微组织检验和物相检测,分析了冷轧带钢表面翘皮缺陷的成因。结果表明:带钢表面连续、集中分布的翘皮缺陷不是由连铸坯夹渣、气孔、裂纹等缺陷导致,而是连铸坯表面的划伤在轧制过程中未能被消除,演化为翘皮缺陷,经酸洗后暴露所致。通过更换连铸机异常设备,并增加连铸坯表面检验,冷轧带钢表面翘皮缺陷得到了有效控制。Taking optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis,the causes of surface warping defects of cold rolled strip steel were analyzed by means of microstructure examination and phase detection.The results show that the continuous and concentrated surface warping defects are not caused by slag inclusion,air holes and cracks in the continuous casting slab,but the scratch on the surface of the continuous casting slab cannot be eliminated in the rolling process and evolved into skin warping defect,which is exposed after pickling.By replacing the abnormal equipment of continuous casting machine and increasing the surface inspection of continuous casting slab,the surface warping defect of cold rolled strip steel has been effectively controlled.
