摘  要:为提高高炉喷煤比,降低焦比,河钢宣钢对其喷吹常用的无烟煤和烟煤的流动性、喷流性、可磨性、燃烧性和爆炸性等性能进行了全面研究,建立了喷吹煤其综合性能评价方法,并指导了喷吹煤的配煤结构优化,取得了高炉煤比明显提高,焦比明显降低的实践效果。In order to improve the coal injection ratio and reduce the coke ratio,Xuansteel made a comprehensive study on the mobility,fluidity,grindability,combustibility and explosibility of anthracite and bituminous coal,established the comprehensive performance evaluation method of coal injection,and guided the optimization of coal blending structure for injection coal.The results show that the coal ratio of blast furnace is obviously increased and the coke ratio is obviously reduced.
