摘 要:采用金相及扫描电镜等手段分析了60Si2Mn弹簧脆性断裂的形貌特征及原因,认为原材表面缺陷和淬火裂纹是引起60Si2Mn弹簧断裂的主要原因。对脱碳层及氧化质点的分析结果表明,弹簧的裂纹来源于铸坯表面缺陷。在淬火过程中,由于工艺不当,也会使弹簧内部产生大量裂纹,形成脆性断口。The morphology and reason of brittle fracture of 60Si2Mn spring were analyzed by means of metallography and scanning electron microscope.It was considered that the surface defect of raw material and quenching crack were the main reasons for the fracture of 60Si2Mn spring.The analysis results of decarburized layer and oxide particles show that the crack of spring is mainly up to the surface defect of slab.In the process of quenching,due to improper process,a large number of cracks will be produced inside the spring and brittle fracture will be formed.
