摘  要:为达到《关于推进实施钢铁行业超低排放的意见》(环大气[2019]35号)钢铁企业超低排放标准,西王金属科技有限公司在原湿式电除尘、石灰—石膏湿法脱硫、低温氧化法脱硝的基础上,实施了一系列技术改造。通过采用加热SCR脱硝、双塔双循环石灰—石膏法脱硫、高压脉冲电源双室四电场+湿式电除尘去除颗粒物、两降一升烟气消白工艺技术,在基准氧含量为16%时,达到了出口烧结烟气中氮氧化物浓度≤50 mg/m^3、二氧化硫浓度≤35 mg/m^3、烟尘浓度≤10 mg/m^3,实现了烧结过程超低排放。In order to meet the ultra-low emission standard of iron and steel enterprises in"opinions on promoting the implementation of ultra-low emission of iron and steel industry"(HJ[2019]No.35),Xiwang Metal Technology Co.,Ltd.implemented a series of technical transformation on the basis of original wet electrostatic precipitator,lime-gypsum wet desulfurization and low-temperature oxidation denitration.By adopting heating SCR denitration,double tower double cycle lime-gypsum desulfurization,high-voltage pulse power supply with double chambers and four electric fields+wet electrostatic precipitator to remove particles,two drops and one liter flue gas whitening process,the nitrogen oxide concentration of sintering flue gas at the outlet is less than 50 mg/m^3,the sulfur dioxide concentration is less than 35 mg/m^3,and smoke concentration is less than or equal to 10 mg/m^3 when the reference oxygen content is 16%,achieving ultra-low emission during sintering process.
