白云石内衬材料在人造金刚石合成中的“自组装”机理研究

摘  要:首次系统地研究了白云石内衬高温高压前后X射线衍射峰与形貌的变化,进而讨论了温度、压力与X射线衍射峰及形貌变化之间内在的联系,分析了这些变化对金刚石合成的影响。实验研究结果表明,白云石内衬在高温高压后其主衍射峰(104)晶面的衍射角有一定的漂移,且压力分布不同,漂移角度也不同;形貌的变化是与温度、压力的分布相适应的,随着白云石内衬不同区域的温度、压力的变化,白云石内衬由片状逐渐转变成颗粒状,这些变化意味着白云石内衬在传压过程中有压力损失,这对金刚石合成有不利的影响。The changes of X-ray diffraction peak and morphology of dolomite lining before and after high temperature and high pressure were systematically studied.Then,the internal relations among temperature,pressure,X-ray diffraction peak and morphology changes were discussed,and the influence of these changes on diamond synthesis was analyzed.The experimental results showed that the diffraction angle of the main diffraction peak(104)crystal surface of dolomite lining had a certain drift after high temperature and high pressure,and the drift angle was also changed with the different pressure distribution;the change of morphology was compatible with the distribution of temperature and pressure.With the change of temperature and pressure in different areas of dolomite lining,the dolomite lining gradually changed from flake to granular,which indicated that a pressure loss in the process of pressure transmission of dolomite lining existed and brought a side effect on diamond synthesis.
