摘 要:针对天然紫晶和合成紫晶在珠宝检测实验室存在着难以鉴别的问题,采用X─射线粉末衍射技术对这两类紫晶开展了初步研究,运用结晶度和晶粒度的特征参数进行了分析。研究结果表明,合成紫晶的结晶度大于95.0%,而天然紫晶结晶度小于该值,具有明显的特征;另外合成紫晶和天然紫晶的晶粒度也存在明显区别。因此,X─射线粉末衍射技术可以作为鉴别天然紫晶和合成紫晶的准确、快速鉴定技术。The identification of amethysts and synthetic amethysts is very difficult in the laboratory of jewelry appraisal testing.X-ray powder diffraction technology was used to study identification of amethyst types,and the characteristic parameters of crystallinity and the grain size obtained by X-ray powder diffraction technology were built for the identification and analysis of amethyst products.The results showed that the crystallinity of synthetic amethysts was greater than 95.0%,while that of natural amethysts was below the value.In addition,the grain size of synthetic amethysts and natural amethysts was also significantly different,which was used to identify amethyst type.So,X-ray powder diffraction technology could be used to accurately and quickly identify amethysts and synthetic amethysts.
