规范性饮食回避治疗对牛奶蛋白过敏相关性患儿临床结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探究规范性饮食回避治疗对牛奶蛋白过敏患儿临床结局的影响。方法选取我院在2014年1月至2016年4月在我院儿科门诊及住院部就诊160例牛奶蛋白过敏患儿进行研究,按数字表法随机分为对照组(n=80)和研究组(n=80),其中对照组患儿为非规范化饮食回避治疗组,研究组患儿采用规范化饮食回避治疗,观察对比两组患儿的临床资料、治疗前后两组患者近期以及对远期临床结局。结果研究组的临床资料与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后研究组的消化系统的症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿的近期临床结局及远期临床结局均明显高于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论规范性饮食回避治疗可以显著改善牛奶蛋白过敏患儿的临床结局,值得在临床上进一步推广和采用。Objective To explore the normative diet to avoid treatment effects on cow’s milk protein allergy in children with clinical outcome.Methods 160 cases of children with cow’s milk protein allergy were selected from January 2014 to April 2016 in outpatient department of Pediatrics and inpatient department of our hospital,according to the digital table method were randomly divided into control group(n=80)and treatment group(n=80),including the control of children to avoid informal diet treatment group,the team the standardized diet to avoid children with treatment,observation compared the clinical data of two groups of children,comparison the short-term results and long-term clinical outcomes of the two groups.Results Group of children with clinical data and the control group with no significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of digestive symptoms in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Team with the long-term clinical results of recent clinical outcome and children were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Normative diet to avoid treatment can significantly improve cow’s milk protein allergy in children with clinical outcome,is worthy of further popularization and use in clinic.
