雾化吸入干扰素α2b注射液治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨雾化吸入干扰素α2b注射液治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的疗效。方法选择我院100例2017年5月至2018年5月小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患儿。随机分组,常规药物治疗干预组采取常规药物治疗,常规药物+雾化吸入干扰素α2b注射液治疗组则采取常规药物+雾化吸入干扰素α2b注射液治疗。比较两组小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎控制率;病毒转阴时间、症状消失时间、住院时间;治疗前后患儿肺功能;不良反应。结果常规药物+雾化吸入干扰素α2b注射液治疗组小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎控制率、病毒转阴时间、症状消失时间、住院时间、肺功能相比较常规药物治疗干预组更好,P <0.05。常规药物+雾化吸入干扰素α2b注射液治疗组和常规药物治疗干预组不良反应相似,P> 0.05。结论常规药物+雾化吸入干扰素α2b注射液治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎效果好,可有效改善患儿的肺功能,缩短治疗时间,且无明显不良反应,安全性高。Objective To investigate the efficacy of nebulized inhaled interferon alpha 2b injection in the treatment of pediatric respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia. Methods 100 cases of pediatric respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected. Randomized, conventional drug therapy intervention group received conventional drug therapy, conventional drug + atomized inhaled interferon alpha 2b injection treatment group received conventional drug + atomized inhaled interferon alpha 2b injection treatment. To compare the control rate of respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia between two groups. Virus negative time, symptom disappear time, hospitalization time;Lung function before and after treatment;Adverse reactions. Results The control rate of respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia, virus negative conversion time, symptom disappearance time, hospitalization time and lung function of children treated with conventional drug + atomized inhaled interferon 2b injection were better than that of the conventional drug treatment intervention group(P<0.05). Adverse reactions in the treatment group of conventional drug + atomized inhaled interferon 2b injection were similar to those in the intervention group of conventional drug treatment, P>0.05. Conclusion Conventional drug + nebulized inhaled interferon 2b injection has a good effect in the treatment of pediatric respiratory syncytitis virus pneumonia, which can effectively improve the pulmonary function of children, shorten the treatment time, and has no obvious adverse reactions, with high safety.
