刘氏毫火针治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察顽固性面瘫选用刘氏毫火针治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月至2020年3月门诊诊治的顽固性面瘫60例,随机分成两组:治疗组(刘氏毫火针组)和对照组(常规电针组),各30例,均2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较两组的治疗效果。结果刘氏毫火针治疗组多伦多评价系统评分治疗前后改善优于常规电针对照组(P<0.05),刘氏毫火针治疗组面神经CMAP波幅改善优于常规电针对照组(P<0.05),刘氏毫火针治疗组有效率为93.3%,常规电针对照组有效率为83.3%,两组有效率结果经比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顽固性面瘫选用刘氏毫火针治疗疗效显著,值得临床进一步研究推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Liu’s filiform fire needle in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis.Methods A total of 60 patients with intractable facial paralysis who received outpatient treatment from February 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(Liu’s filiform fire needle group)and the control group(conventional electroacupuncture group,all 30 cases in each group.Two weeks were one course of therapy for both groups.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared after two courses of therapy.Results The improvement of Sunnybrook facial nerve assessment system scores before and after treatment in the Liu’s filiform fire needle group was better than that in the conventional electroacupuncture control group(P<0.05).The amplitude improvement of facial nerve CMAP in the Liu’s filiform fire needle group was better than that in the conventional electroacupuncture control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the Liu’s filiform fire needle group was 93.3%,and the conventional electroacupuncture group was 83.3%.The difference of effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liu’s filiform fire needle has a significant curative effect on intractable facial paralysis,which is worthy of further clinical research and application.
