六味地黄丸在老年痴呆症辅佐治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的评价六味地黄丸在老年痴呆症辅佐治疗中效果。方法将医院入院接受治疗的110例老年痴呆症患者随机分为对照组、观察组,每组55例,对照组、观察组分别经盐酸美金刚、六味地黄丸联合盐酸美金刚治疗,比较不同用药方法效果。结果观察组与对照组两组间的MMSE、ADAS-cog评分、ADL、QOL-AD评分以及氧化应激指标水平差异明显(P <0.05)。结论六味地黄丸辅以治疗老年痴呆症,可有效改善患者的生活能力以及生存质量,具有显著的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pill in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. Methods 110 patients with Alzheimer’s disease admitted to hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 55 cases in each group. The control group and observation group were treated with memantine hydrochloride, Liuwei Dihuang Pill and memantine hydrochloride respectively. The effect of the medication method. Results The MMSE, ADAS-cog score, ADL, QOL-AD score and oxidative stress index were significantly different between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang Pill can improve the living ability and quality of life of patients with Alzheimer’s disease, and it has significant clinical application value.
