语言沟通及心理护理在精神病护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨精神病护理中语言沟通及心理护理应用效果。方法根据入院单号、双号将本院接收74例精神疾病患者平均分为两组各37例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用语言沟通及心理护理,统计各组护理前后精神状态评分、生活质量评分及服药依从性。结果在精神状态评分方面,护理前,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在精神健康、生理职能、情感职能、生理功能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、活力、总体健康评分方面,研究组均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在用药依从率方面,研究组94.59%,对照组75.68%,研究组较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论精神疾病护理过程中,通过实施语言沟通与心理护理,可改善精神状态,同时有助于生活质量及用药依从性提高。Objective To explore the effect of language communication and psychological nursing in psychiatric nursing. Methods 74 patients with mental illness were divided into two groups according to the admission number, 37 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the research group was given verbal communication and psychological nursing. The mental state score, quality of life score and drug compliance before and after nursing were counted. Results There was no significant difference in mental state score between the two groups before and after nursing(P>0.05);after nursing, the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);in mental health, physiological function, emotional function, physiological function, social function, physical pain, vitality and overall health score, the study group was significantly higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In terms of drug compliance rate, 94.59% in the study group and 75.68% in the control group were higher than those in the study group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of psychiatric nursing, the implementation of language communication and psychological nursing can improve mental state, and at the same time help to improve the quality of life and medication compliance, which is worthy of promotion.
