协同护理模式在支气管哮喘急性发作期患者治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的了解协同护理模式在支气管哮喘急性发作期患者治疗中的应用价值。方法将我院2015年11月至2018年12月的70例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者,随机分组,常规护理干预组给予一般护理,协同护理干预组开展协同护理模式。比较两组满意度;支气管哮喘急性发作控制的时间、自我护理能力;护理前后肺功能情况以及哮喘积分水平;复发率。结果协同护理干预组的满意度是35例(100.00%),常规护理干预组则是28例(80.00%),P <0.05。护理前两组肺功能情况以及哮喘积分水平接近,P> 0.05;护理后协同护理干预组肺功能情况以及哮喘积分水平优于常规护理干预组,P <0.05。协同护理干预组支气管哮喘急性发作控制的时间、自我护理能力优于常规护理干预组,P <0.05,协同护理干预组复发率更少,P <0.05。协同护理干预组出现1例,常规护理干预组出现了8例。结论支气管哮喘急性发作期患者实施协同护理模式效果确切。Objective To understand the application value of collaborative nursing model in the treatment of patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods 70 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma in our hospital from November 2015 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The routine nursing intervention group was given general nursing, and the collaborative nursing intervention group was given collaborative nursing mode. Compare the satisfaction of two groups;the time of acute attack control of bronchial asthma, self-care ability;pulmonary function and asthma score level before and after nursing;recurrence rate. Results The satisfaction rate of the cooperative nursing intervention group was 35 cases(100.00%), while that of the routine nursing intervention group was 28 cases(80.00%), P<0.05. The pulmonary function and asthma score of the two groups before nursing were similar, P>0.05;the pulmonary function and asthma score of the cooperative nursing intervention group after nursing were better than those of the routine nursing intervention group, P<0.05. The control time and self-care ability of the cooperative nursing intervention group were better than those of the conventional nursing intervention group(P<0.05), and the recurrence rate of the cooperative nursing intervention group was lower(P<0.05). There were 1 case in the cooperative nursing intervention group and 8 cases in the routine nursing intervention group. Conclusion The effect of cooperative nursing model in patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma is exact.
