纤维支气管镜检查前雾化吸入法的护理要点分析

摘　　要：目的了解纤维支气管镜检查前雾化吸入法的护理要点。方法将我院2016年7月至2018年7月的100例纤维支气管镜检查前雾化吸入法患者,随机分组,常规护理服务组给予常规护理,全面化护理服务组采取纤维支气管镜检查前雾化吸入法全面护理。比较两组满意评分;纤维支气管镜检查前雾化吸入法治疗的依从性、纤维支气管镜检查前雾化吸入操作的时间;护理前后应激程度;雾化吸入并发症。结果全面化护理服务组的满意评分是(94.21±3.68)分,而常规护理服务组的满意评分是(80.21±2.79)分。护理前两组应激程度比较,P> 0.05;护理后全面化护理服务组应激程度优于常规护理服务组,P <0.05。全面化护理服务组纤维支气管镜检查前雾化吸入法治疗的依从性、纤维支气管镜检查前雾化吸入操作的时间优于常规护理服务组,P <0.05,全面化护理服务组雾化吸入并发症更少,P <0.05。结论纤维支气管镜检查前雾化吸入法患者实施纤维支气管镜检查前雾化吸入法全面护理效果确切。Objective To understand the nursing points of nebulization inhalation method before fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods 100 patients with aerosol inhalation before fiberoptic bronchoscopy in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The routine nursing service group was given routine nursing, and the comprehensive nursing service group was given comprehensive nursing by aerosol inhalation before fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Compare the satisfaction score of the two groups;compliance of nebulization inhalation before bronchoscopy, time of nebulization inhalation before bronchoscopy;stress degree before and after nursing;complications of nebulization inhalation. Results The satisfaction score of the comprehensive nursing service group was(94.21±3.68), while that of the routine nursing service group was(80.21±2.79). Compared with the former two groups, the stress degree in the comprehensive nursing service group was better than that in the routine nursing service group(P>0.05). Compliance of nebulization inhalation before fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination and time of nebulization inhalation before fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination in comprehensive nursing service group were better than those in conventional nursing service group(P<0.05). Complications of nebulization inhalation in comprehensive nursing service group were fewer(P<0.05). Conclusion Nebulization inhalation before fiberoptic bronchoscopy has a definite effect on comprehensive nursing of patients undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy before nebulization inhalation.
